The mission of the North Virginia Beach Civic League is to help protect both the character and community of the North End. We hope you will join the civic league to help accomplish those goals.

The President, Gary Sharpe, the Vice President, Skip Gibson and the Board of Directors are actively involved in preserving our community with the Zoning Committee, led by Billy Almond. We also work to preserve the beauty of our neighborhood with the Beautification Committee, led by Jim Spruance. Many thanks to Don Naden for producing the monthly newsletter, which is key to informing our neighbors about the benefits and challenges of living in the North End.
In order to keep our members better informed, we will send out periodic emails with critical information regarding traffic/construction disruptions, side street paving schedules, zoning changes, neighborhood civic league functions, special meetings and other important announcements.
